So because the Burger King gives him a sandwich, he, the guy, doesn't mind that he, the Burger King, has killed, devoured, and replaced his girlfriend.

But maybe it's okay because after all she can sit in the dark and look reverently up at that big silver screen world where nothing unexpected ever happens nobody hesitates or says a wrong word or gets in someone else's path and everything of course everything always comes out all right in the end.
